- Warranty registration of a product should be done within 15 days of purchase.
- Registration will be considered only after verification of the details shared by the customer. Requests can be rejected if details are not found genuine.
- Customers are required to submit the warranty registration document to the service center for product rectification.
- In the event of product replacement, warranty of the replaced unit will be applicable as per original product warranty.
- Product warranty is limited to product technical issues.
- Damage, burnt, water-logged, rust etc non repairable conditions won’t fall under product under warranty and are serviced with applicable charges.
- Locate nearest service center
